Description: 👩‍👦‍👦 I make this soup when anyone in my family is sick or you can make it if our sick, recovering from surgery, or when it is cold. It freezes perfectly for easy meal prep with lots of nutrients. Ingredients 20-24 cups of water 10 pounds of beef bone 6-10 potatoes 1 Pound of green garbanzo (chickpeas) 3 to 4 Tbsp salt (start with 3 and adjust as needed) 1 Tbsp Mexican oregano 1 yellow onion 1 garlic bulb I serve this for my boys with a bolillo on the side and let me tell you they love it!!
